Stuckey Automotive, the area's largest automotive group, is recruiting ambitious, responsive Inbound Call Specialist to provide a level of customer care that will help our company maintain its loyal customer base and gain market share throughout central Pennsylvania.
The Job:
• Answer all incoming calls promptly, professionally using our script
• Route calls to dedicated department
/ team member
• Ensure excellent customer service on the phones
• Take ownership of all incoming phone calls to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Qualifications Skills/Requirements:
• Call Center / Administrative Assistant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must submit to and pass a background check and drug test
• Must have a valid PA-issued Driver's License

Given the opportunity of this position, special consideration will be given to those with a minimum of one year of experience handling a high volume of phone calls.
This is a full-time position with swing and Saturday shifts.
